Here's another Vogel Ep, the second of three I'm planning on posting in this ongoing string of influential EPs. I first heard this one played by some guy from New York City. He was playing under the name Jae Sun at the time and probably came up to Toronto with or for friends. Anyway, he played a whole heap of really smooth Techno that just flowed so well it hooked me. That set of his led me to this EP by Cris, as well as many other EPs by guys like Lucas Rodenbush.

Ah 'Transparent Fruit' particular track ...what I found is specific moment in 5.08sec. when he change "1st" beat and whisked off one part further on off beat and back to old construction in some time ...I'm not really sure is it exactly this 5.08 time ...anyway I think it's typical for him ;] ...what I remember at the beginning of his career Cris creates and record his tracks live what was easy to identify ...not sure how was it on exactly this EP
...and 'Ethernal Now' try to mix with Si Begg's 'Funkt' from Mosquito 10 ...I always elate to play these tracks together :)
